Tout était parfait comme il y a 3 ans !

Personnel accueillant (au petit-déjeuner, j'ai pu discuter longuement avec une dame du personnel qui était très sympathique et accueillante). Les lieux sont propres et atypiques (j'aime beaucoup). La localisation est top, sirué au calme, au pied du château de Frontenac, à proximité du bus, des restaurants locaux, des rues emblématiques, bref, que du rêve. Rapport qualité-prix excellent. Je recommande vivement ce lieu !

Ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps (il n'y a rien à dire, tout était parfait !)

Location, staff and comfort.

We had a wonderful stay here. The building is full of old character with all the modern conveniences. The staff are incredible!! So welcoming, so helpful and so friendly. The included breakfast was European style and delicious. This hotel is located perfectly; in the old town but not right on the main shopping street. The funicular is close by and the walk up to the Chateau is no big deal if you have any fitness at all. Our almost non-existent ability to speak French was never a problem; I wonder if Sophie and the rest of the staff realize how much we appreciated them for that. I’m going to work on it for next time, as there will most definitely be a next time!!! Merci beaucoup!!

Close to a lot

Price was a bit high for not a lot of amenities breakfast was ok

The staff was great.

I kept hitting my foot on the corners of the bed . We ended up putting pillow there to soften the blow

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are excellent. Great location in old Quebec. Affiliated restaurant is great for bfast and dinners
