Fabulous location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Would stay there again

Le stationnement pour auto électrique a été pénible et difficile à trouver même après avoir avisé l’hôtel lors de la réservation et d'avoir eu l'assurance qu'il n'y avait aucun problème. (1 heure de recherche et il a fallu se contenter d'une place de stationnement standard et de quitter l’hôtel pour trouver une borne de recharge le lendemain). Seulement des déjeuners européens, aucun déjeuner standard, même pas des œufs brouillés.

Location was perfect and staff were polite and professional

Breakfast layout. Cutlery and plates placed near the coffee machine making it awkward to reach if there was anyone at the coffee machine. Cereal on the top shelf out of reach.

La gentillesse du personnel et l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Le stationnement est près de l’hôtel et sécuritaire. Très tranquille le soir.

Je propose une petite tablette supplémentaire dans la sdb (chambre 51) pour y déposer effet personnel.

The location was perfect right in the center. The staff where nice.

Before booking, it asked my children age (1 and 3). Yet the room they gave us was not accessible by the elevator. We had about 20 stairs to get to our suite with 2 young children and luggages. No mention anywhere that all restaurants in the hotel and the area needed reservations. Luckily the restaurant in the hotel accepted to bring it to our room but my child and husband's food was not edible. My child Burger was raw inside and asked for only Ketchup inside but not what we got. My César chicken salad was actually good. Not much variety for breakfast but it was wayyyyyyyy better then our supper. Although it was a very good location, I will never go back to the hotel
