Amazing experience. We stayed for 4 nights Sunday to Thursday and from the second we arrived it was absolutely brilliant. Special shout out to Reda who was always warm and showed genuine care to us throughout our stay. All staff are exceptional, we had our baby with us and staff at meal times really engaged with her and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was great, kitted out with adapters (which we had not realised are different in Switzerland!), a well stocked mini bar and TV. Beds are very comfortable and a cot was provided for the baby. A very luxurious large bathtub was also available. Our room also opened up onto a large garden area which was great for our daughter to be able to run around. Breakfast buffet was great, a large selection of food available including spring rolls and gyoza! The childcare facility was fantastic too, our daughter loved spending time there and the room is kitted out better than her actual nursery! The gym was very well equipped with every machine we could have wanted. We used the outdoor pool which is both large and warm, with a bar nearby serving food and drink with very attentive staff. If the weather is kind, you can see all the way to Mont Blanc. Reda on reception along with the concierge arranged taxi travel to the Stade de Geneve for the Women's Euros which was the main purpose of our trip. I can not emphasise enough how much we loved La Reserve, I hope we can come back soon. This is a wonderful hotel on the banks of the lake with very easy travel into the city centre. It is a bit more expensive than some other hotels but well worth the extra cost.

I must say that this was one of the most amazing hotel experiences in a very long time and we have really been to over 2-300 hotels in our lives. Service was beyond incredible in the 2 restaurants, attention to detail just amazing - so many of them that I cannot even tell you how much WOWs we had. you really must experience it to understand true 5*premium service and quality. WILD! congratulations to the amazing team and incredibly engaged people who think and rethink all these details to make you feel special!

We had a very pleasent 1 night stay at La Réserve Genève. The room and the spa were amazing. Special mention for the overall service and the quality of the meals at the Loti Restaurent. No doubt we will come back soon !

Beautiful location and grounds. Well maintained

Average room quality. Definitely overpriced. The vibe of the place did not feel family friendly, it was more like what questionable activities were going on in other rooms.

I was looking for a luxury spa resort to stay at for a few nights between my trip to France and my flight back from Geneva. I was familar with the La Reserve in Paris, but did not know the original property was located in Bellevue. It turned out to be the perfect place to relax for a few days (I wish I had been able to stay longer). There are plenty of excellent dining options, the spa was fantastic (complete with a healthy restaurant and juice bar), and it hands down has the best fitness center I have ever seen in an EU hotel. The staff were all great as well. And, the property is extremely dog-friendly. I travel to France via GVA regularly and wish I would have discovered this property earlier. I will definitely be coming back.

Booked a room 1080CHF as king-size bed, but it was actually just two twin beds pushed together. I ended up sleeping on the uncomfortable seam all night and woke up with significant back pain. For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury property, I don’t understand why they cut corners instead of providing a proper king-size mattress. Stop economizing on details. Additionally the guest were hanging there clothes to dry in there terrace which gave the entire property cheap and unkempt appearance and management didn’t addresses after 24h attention to detail really undermines the hotel’s so-called luxury status 👎🏼👎🏼
