"Very relaxing stay."

Friendly and warm staff. Beautifully done. High quality breakfast. Welcoming of families.

Le Loti restaurant is very highly priced for the food served. Unusual for a high-end restaurant not to come with a garnish or salad and/ or vegetables. Instead the meat/fish dishes had no accompaniments served on the plate, which with only one side included meant the plate could be boring and not cohesive as an overall dish.

"Overpriced, average rooms, inconvenient. Poor food."

Where to start. The prices are not expensive they are extortionate. $600 for a bottle of Bombay? WHHHAAATTT? 320 USD for a Peking duck? The rooms are ordinary 5* many without balconies. Has a slight80's feel. NOT worth the price. Then there is the so called Michelin * Chinese restaurant. I was told I couldn't get in night one but with evident flourish and pride the concierge "secured" a table for the following night. Wow thanks. Except at 8:30 80% of tables were empty. It was basically lies and I have the evidence to show it. I had had crispy duck in Uli in Nottingham Hill two nights earlier for $60 and it was far superior to this slightly dried offering. The staff were hopeless and insisted that pasta is a Chinese dish (he means rice wrap) but apparently we were in the wrong. Wrong is about right. All wrong. The manager was typically apologetic. He blamed their Middle East clientele for booking multiple tables and not showing up. He was baffled by China taking over pasta and admitted the star status hadn't been recently (or anytime in living memory would be my guess). that said Michelin * for Chinese? Mmmm...I smell a rat. Other hotel staff fine. Decor pleasant enough for a middle of the road 5*. DO NOT GO!

"Le vis à vis et le style des chambres un peu old"

la chambre n etait pas à la hauteur de nos espérances; le vis a vis avec l autre bâtiment était gênant , on a du fermé le rideau pour avoir de l intimité . l entretien des jardins avec tondeuse insupportable toute la journée. la chambre est dans un style old school. c est resté dans la temps . la piscine est agréable et le service bateau pour aller en ville top sauf si c est plein ( 11 personnes max par rotation ) . le personnel est agréable mais il y a une lenteur dans le service .
