The cleanliness of the room wasn’t bad, almost what’s to expect at this price point. Lots of sketchy characters smoking just outside the entrance doors and painters tape painted over on the bathroom ceilings. All of our neighbors were very noisy, yelling at night. The toilet ran all night, no matter what I did. We liked the location, though.

Very convenient and the bed was very comfortable!

The tv remote had been taken, so while working out, I could not watch the sports event I had been looking forward to seeing. Not a big deal, but you did ask me to be completely honest. I am still waiting my credit to my card: due to one of our dogs being sick (medical complications), we had to arrive a day later and leave a day early.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy.

We ran out of clean towels, then when we did get them, they didn't replace with the amount we left out for two people. We ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex as well. Front desk did promptly deliver that to us. There was no regular coffee, only decaffeinated coffee in the room. When we requested regular, they brought more decaffeinated. Also, we have a dog, which we always clean up after. There was so much dog poop in the grounds, we ended up having to bathe our dog during our stay because she walked in out in the grass.
