The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient. Breakfast was ok.

The beds were very uncomfortable, and the room was not clean. It seemed like the bed sheets had not been changed, which was quite disappointing and made the stay unpleasant.

Our stay at the Fairfield Inn in Fenton, Michigan was just okay. It was "a place to sleep." The hotel feels warm but quite dated, and it’s clear that it could use some updates and maintenance in several areas. While the staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful, the overall condition of the property made the stay less comfortable than expected. We went down for coffee at 8:00 a.m. and the decaf my wife poured was only lukewarm. Details like this seemed to be overlooked at this hotel. With some needed improvements, this location could offer a much better guest experience. It's in a great location with plenty of parking and lots and lots of shopping and restaurants around it.
