I liked the cleanliness of the room

The elevator was broke. Couldn’t get a king room like we wanted cause it was on the third floor and with no elevator I was unable to get the room I wanted.

"Great location comfortable nice hotel"

Breakfast was fine lots of variety. We liked always being able to get coffee. Very comfortable lobby and everyone was friendly and professional and helpful

We did not get housekeeping. We had to ask for clean towels on the second day of our stay then they were supplied the other days. We never stayed in a nice hotel that did not provide housekeeping.

"Just wanting a warm shower and I wasn't the only one"

We did not have any hot water on the 3rd floor so our shower was freezing. Our group of 16 people were staying there for the Moose State Bowling tournament and none of us had hot or even warm water. Also, the elevator was broken and we did not receive any sort of refund or accommodation.
