Fairfield Inn and Suites Flint Fenton

Breakfast was fine; typical for an included breakfast buffet. Justin, who managed the buffet, was fabulous! Helpful and friendly, he was much more enjoyable and present than most buffet workers we have experienced. What an asset he is!

Elevators didn't work.

Pool is not heated and water was too cold for swimming

I left an item in my room and the desk was most helpful in finding it an I was able to pick-up a few days later. When I asked about buying bottle or water from the machine, he gave me 2 complimentary. Very complete "continental breakfast" as included eggs and meat

This is not the hotel's option but booking/Marriott. There is no local phone number to contact the hotel only the 800 reservations. So when I needed to call about my lost item, it was a great search to find that number to contact them. Finally pretended I needed a new reservation to be able to speak to an operator to ask for the local number.

Nothing

We had bed bugs in our room. Since our stay in Saturday, nobody has reached out to us regarding the bed bugs. Couldn’t get much help at the desk, I’m sure because of other guest.

Location was good. Kids loved the pool. The room was clean.

We asked for a joining rooms, this did not happen. The provided micro wave did not work. The televisions are not smart TVs so you can't watch your platforms on them.

The receptionist was so mean to me

He told me To find somewhere else to sleep

Breakfast was good. Some of the chairs were not! We moved to another table. The bed in the room was comfy.

I wish hotels would put comfy chairs in the rooms. Missed having a microwave for popcorn.
