"Horrible stay. Horrible customer service. Would NEVER recommend"

Nothing at all

The shower was dirty and mouldy. The bathroom smelled like sewerage which stunk up our whole room. Housekeeping never came even after requesting it. The pool was so small it wasn’t even comfortable to get into if another person was already in it.

"Absolutely horrible experience"

Don’t go to this property, was absolutely horrible mold under the bed and on fold out couch mattress was spots of blood and mold inside of couch.

Asked to switch rooms and told management all they did was bring set of sheets and expected me and my children to clean it then wanted to argue and call me names in the lobby in front of my children because I told them I was going to find somewhere else to take my family.

"Just okay"

The pool is tiny! Only 4 or 5 kids can play, no room to swim. The pool room was unbearably hot. Hallways were also uncomfortably hot. They have a good full breakfast and the beds are comfortable. Just okay.

Pros - friendly front desk staff, clean room, quiet, right off the highway, food and drink options close Cons - tv tech is outdated Budget hotel for travel. You get exactly what you want. Nothing fancy, not a dump.

When we come to visit the Fenton area, we stay here 9/10 times. Reasonable and easy to get to the people we need to visit. It does the trick. The building is getting a little old, and needs a little TLC, but the staff is always friendly and helpful.

My wife found hair on the pillow cases. Mold in the bathroom caulk and at the top of bathtub wall. Our room had a slight chemical smell. Generally property was not clean and needed updating. We have been staying at Fairfield’s and have been pleased but might have to rethink.
