horrible experience! We were here three weeks ago with our service dog and we were rejected this time. The manager and her assistant were very rude and obnoxious. And as we get ready in the morning early for surgery. We gotta knock on the door saying that we were loud and we had to leave. This is my last day at any Marriott hotel. And we discovered bugs in our room.

Very disappointing. Not enough staff. Our room was not serviced though our 3 day stay until we specifically asked - then no coffee or tea was replenished. There was no black tea in the hotel despite us asking several times. It felt like they were staffed for 50% occupancy though they knew for weeks (there was a large party of wedding guests) that they would be full. I suspect the management have become complacent as there is no alternative accommodation in the area.

After book this hotel and ready to check in, they told me no pet. I attempted to get my money back and have not been able to do so after many attempts through Hotel.com. My plan is to never book through you company again.
