This suite is located at the highest part of this manor. Enter through the foyer and 3 flights of stairs to the 1st floor of this 2-level suite. The 1st level features a breakfast area and a chaise lounge. Also on this level is the private bathroom featuring a corner spa. The upper level of this suite is the bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, the room is decorated in Wedgwood blue and white with handmade cornice, ceiling roses and wall features. From the windows there are views across to St John’s Church and Richmond.

The quaint accommodation and the warm reception by the owners. It was very comfortable and had a great kitchenette.

"Looks beautiful"

When booked it said spa bath, I took items with me to relax & enjoy a spa bath their wasn’t one. The bed was very hard mattress, pillows were flat. I had a bad sleep & neck is sore. Their was single chairs outside room to seat & relax with a cuppa, no table to put cuppa on and then I was told by a worker that I had to park my car at the door entry to my room. So all I could see was my car, so didn’t seat outside as I was facing my car less than a metre from the door & no view. The toilet took over 5 minutes to stop flashing every time you used it.

The couple who run and own Hatchers Manor were extremely accommodating. We arrived late in the day, and they cooked dinner for us at late notice to save us going into Richmond. The meal was selected from their restaurant menu and exceeded our expectations and appreciated the time they gave us. Very welcoming. Hatchers is an older property, but this comes with a special charm, you wouldn't get anywhere else in Tasmania. enjoyed our stay.

Very unique stay. Beautifully crafted building and interior. Interesting history provided as to its origins and family backstory. Highly recommended!

Stayed in the Attic room, very spacious with a big TV. The room was clean with a big air con. Very different stay than the classic sterile hotels. The people running the place are so lovely and down to earth.
