The Lapa Hotel

本人入全一晚，房間很細， 花洒頭是壞的，最差是服務方面， 我知是12:00 要check out, 但在的士上還塞車中， 11:50 我已打回洒店通知因塞車途中，會遲大約30分鐘退房，前台問我行理已是否執好， 我說未， 但30分鐘應該可退房，我趕到回酒店竟然職員在我房間搭我的行李，完全不能接受

酒店是小型酒店， 第一天 standard rm 房間很細和隔音極差，第二天入住pool access 竟然説fully book , 比了一間地下園林房，完全不是pool access 房間， 我和職員表示我不能接受，我是一知月前預訂及已全數付款， 於是他們才升級為池畔套房，服務生很少，泳池的毛巾要自己到大堂拿，酒店的接駁車經常取， 還叫你自己打車， 門鎖壞了又維修多次才弄好

A nice and clean hotel, small scale with a good pool. Very good italian restaurant on the front. Not directly on the beach but it is nearby.

客室は快適な広さで、清潔でした。 すぐ隣にブルーポートというショッピングモールがあるので買い物や食事には困りません。 またホテルが無料で近隣施設に送り迎えしてくれるので便利でした。

Very nice location right across the blue port mall and very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel itself seems however kind of run down and would require some more maintenance and cleaning.

Our second stay here, and just as good. We had to put up with a very noisy stage show for Songkran weekend, but it was no fault of the hotel. We requested and were moved to a quieter room the next day. Otherwise, our stay was all that we expected. The fantastic pool was the highlight of our trip.

Good size room but not clean all

The hotel is nice,10 min. walk to the beach,breakfast is bare minimum,besides booking the rooms early January,2 rooms side by side,ground floor,they were not able to do that,according to them there are no rooms on the ground floor,but I saw rooms...and they say that is your fault..even on the second floor they were not able to do that,only the next day..who wants to change again?.. because of all that I van not recommend the hotel,we informed them on the last day we have to go to the train station at 6.30 am and there was a big fuss to check the rooms,if anything is stolen...takes a long time to check...

Nice big clean room with great swimming pool and breakfast

Really loved the location. Right next to a very nice new mall with lots of cafes and food options. Easy access to the beach across the main road
