I don’t like that this app doesn’t tell u that the hotel we book requires another deposit once we get there. Then it’s not refundable to get your money back when u don’t want to stay there because of that fact. Another deposit. It should be known to customers on this app when we book and pay in full , that the place we booked requires another deposit for damages when the motel/horel be old looking and some times the furniture be already damaged. I didn’t like they wanted a hundred and fifty deposit after I paid the full amount to the rm on this site. A lot of people sometimes don’t have a deposit so what u just lose your money after u paid. I’m thinking about calling the BBB ON THESE COMPANIES

My room was canceled the day of my stay due to plumbing issues. The staff called me and was very apologetic. I was given a full refund.

The Belmar Inn is close to the beach and boardwalk. It's a charming older building with a great porch. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was snug but quiet and clean. Conditions to be aware of: there's no dedicated parking, so finding a spot can be difficult. However, there is a loading area directly in front of the building. Also, there's no elevator, so you'll take the stairs to your room. All in all, it's a great place for a short stay at the beach.

The rating is mostly for the $100 price and being half block to beach. There were no bugs, the bed was fine, there was hot water. But you have to understand this is an old hotel with very few upgrades.

Everything was perfect, employees were very welcoming and pleasant. CJ, was very friendly as the rest, CJ gave us tips on different activities and the feel good company for rides to and back to inn. Lynn was very nice pleasant really all we're pleasant . We are coming back again next year with more people. God bless you all

We had a great stay at the Belmar inn. The staff was amazing and so friendly! They were so accommodating and made the trip. The location is also unbeatable less than a block from the beach! Will be coming back for sure.
