Great place

Staff was nice. Room was small, but clean. No indoor common area. Strong marijuana smell in stairwells.

A friendly helpful staff and one block to the Belmar beach and a very nice porch with comfortable seating.

Not much around there.

Older rooms, but they are clean...the one drawback was parking...I had to park 5 blocks away , granted summer at the beach is crowded but no onsite parking is an issue. Lynn was great checking in and out, very helpful!

Overall, this is a good budget stay. I would recommend curtains in the rooms. The direct sunlight that comes in through the flimsy blinds very early in the AM is blinding and disruptive. Also, there is no elevator so be ready to haul your luggage up flights of steps.

Location~ Awesome! Our room was small, just the bed, dresser and table with fridge on it. Not anything to set stuff on or a place to sit and eat. We made it work though! We were not in the room very long. Bring a small folding table or something when you come? Staff was fantastic, very helpful. Beaches and boardwalk were great too.

Very lovely stay - quiet (though dated) room. Staff is welcoming and accomodating. Appreciate the donuts in the morning!

This is an excellent value especially for solo travelers who wish to be close to the beach. It’s not a luxury hotel but location is excellent and the staff (owner?) is always friendly and helpful . I love having this affordable option and plan to come again.
