It was okay.though the hotel could help a bit of updating.the hotel looks old and not well maintain though clean

Check in was a bit toxic. Had to wait about half an hour before the room was ready! Ordering room service is not available 24 hrs (up to 10 pm only)!

Affordable and within the vicinity of my business visit

Customer service is terrible! They don’t seem to connect to their customers!

There were worms in the room. We had to resort to stepping on them to kill them. Staying in a room with worms is gross.

We ordered a caesar salad and gave us a salad that was unfresh and the lettuce was almost near to expiry. And they replaced it with what we thought was a brand new "fresh batch", but after we have consumed almost half of it, we saw that some of the "unfresh batch" were still present at the bottom of the bowl.

customer service was very bad. We booked a 1 night stay via online, when we are about to check in by 2 pm, the management can't provide us the room immediately, we have to wait until past 4 pm. they provide us with different alibis for the delay and one of the manager is unprofessional, lacks interpersonal skills, and unable to work under pressure.

basic furnishing. This place is quite isolated from commercial area. Food choice is limited at the restaurant. Place not well maintain other than the lobby area.

Very run-down, very low level of service. While not expensive, still over-priced compared to other similar properties in that area.
