Malibu Mooloolaba

The outside courtyard was just amazing. It was a low level apartment but still had full ocean views which we were not expecting.

Fabulous units with expansive sea views. Clean, tidy and comfortable. We love our frequent stays at Malibu.

The location and view are fantastic and the staff were great. The building is pretty old however, so there was a fair bit of rust and mould, particularly around the windows and ceilings. Additionally, the building is not that well insulated from sound so even with the windows closed you can hear the other tenants in their apartments and people outside. However you don't want to close the windows because there is no air con in the rooms and the fans don't have much oomph. The only other thing is the pool is pretty poor. I know they didn't have much space so the lap pool seems great but only a few people can really be there at a time

Good location and views. Paintwork in apartment showing it’s age. No air conditioning in the bedroom. Balcony glass needed cleaning.

Had a lovely stay at the Malibu Located in the best position on The Esplanade. All rooms have ocean views but best views are on the upper levels

Was close to everything, clean & mangement pleasant but room was like a hallway with cupboards off it ( the cupboards being the bedrooms).

having a family get together there from different parts of the world staying at Malibu and the other family members close by made it a very enjoyable time.

Very handy to everything. The property needed an upgrade. The Manager could have been a little more friendly. Otherwise not too much to complain about.
