Grand Tropic Suites Hotel

We checked out after 10 minutes and they would not refund -lovely if you want to re-inact Christmas and "Jesus born in a stable" -dirty ,horrible, kitchens not working , bad smell, horrible linen -leave for refugees or something but avoid avoid avoid -must be worst "Hotel" in Jakarta or even worst "Stable" -truly awful.

we have to wait hours just to check in, time for check in is 3 pm, but till now around 5.30 still have to wait uncertainly. they only say we have to wait, we have to wait, we have to wait. really bad experience, never want to come here again. wasting so much time

Bad service and run down room that looks so creepy and smell horrible. Wrong decision to stay at this hotel. Warning for everyone this is not 4 star hotel more like 2 star hotel with limited amenities and bad service. Do not stay here. There are much more better hotel than this.

Its a cow shed-horrible place -had booked in for two nights checked out after 10 minutes-they refused to refund my money -even trip.com could not help and I am a diamond member-leave to cheap Chinese tourists -my kind advice -its dirty, bad maintenance, converted from apartments -except all kitchen disabled -stove ovens etc. taken out -just horrible horrible place

Travelling with large family of Indonesian friends -points 1) Check in can only get one key -hello six of us we all dont move together "Management decision"-total silly. 2) Location near -but not adjoined to shopping center good -if you can cross the busy road successfully? 3) Room shabby and dialpidated-have photographs-balcony closed and roof peeling, rooms and beds terrible-its a "cow shed".. 4) Family Suite -three bedrooms --yes had kitchen-have photographs -but everything ripped out -now nothing to cook not even a microwave -"suite?" -just three bed room??-3 star room 5) Reception rude and totally unresponsive. 6) Rooms terrible -air con did not work -just a shabby place . 7) I lived in China 10? years this place aimed at people from Chinese villages -not for people first/second or third level Chinese Cities. 8) Sad with Ctrip/Trip.com response -I wont live in cow shed -sure reasonable Chinese ( unless from village) will not also-have used CTRIP/Trip .com 17 years -probably one of their longest foreign users -and I travel a lot -sure I paid for two nights in advance -but do you really think as a Diamond member I would expose my Indonesian friends and family to a cow shed like this ?-sand trip .com coming to this . -Yes paid in advance two nights -but checked out after 10 minutes -no refund? -again totally unreasonable. 9) Anyhow highly recommend foreigners not touch this place - unless for Christmas nativity play -but this was the stable!! 10) Only looser is ctrip recommending this "cow shed" -sad they are coming to this?

Stayed in the family suite. It is very old and need renovations. Photos do not represent what the rooms look like.
