大廳裝潢，很舒適

入住當天晚上的停車場警衛態度很差，跟大廳或是餐廳的服務人員（服務佳）有天壤之別，感受會比較差一點。

舒適乾淨 早餐不錯

Meals and hot springs (both in room and public) were perfect.

The breakfast had two options: American or Chinese style, and it was brought to our room in the morning on Thursday, on Friday we went to the restaurant. Good breakfast, we tried both options.

They were supposed to send a driver to pick us up from Xindian Station because we don't drive. However, the driver never showed up, we waited for nearly an hour before the front desk called us and told us to take a taxi and they would reimburse us. It was very inconvenient and a waste of time for us, very disappointing. The hotel is not cheap, and we wanted to get the most out of our stay, so this delay was very inconvenient and frustrating. Next time, please send the shuttle on time, be more clear about what it looks like and exactly where the pickup location is, and be consistent with your directions (they also told us one day there was a shuttle, when we called the next day to confirm a pickup time, they told us the shuttle was only available on weekends). Wulai isn't convenient for non-drivers, so shuttle service should be offered for a pricey hotel like Pause Landis!

아침밥이 나오긴하지만 맛이 만족스럽진않았고 주변위치가 걸어다니기 다소 위험해 아쉬웠습니다
