"Nice and comfortable"

The English breakfast is yummy. Staff are helpful and polite. Nice and comfortable hotel lobby to rest and relax. There is a food eatery and 7-eleven within 2-3 mins walk.

The floor of the bathroom is kind of slippery. There is no shelter from the main building to the lift (carpark) and to another building where they served the breakfast. Need to carry umbrella (provided by hotel) if it rains.

"Great Hotel. Upmarket and worth it."

Everything we expected. Breakfast( local) was great. The room hot spring was loved by the family. They also gave us a river view instead of the mountain view: with adjoining rooms that could be unlocked: great for kids.

Small; lack of hooks near the bathroom. Recommend some hooks just outside glass door.
