First class every aspect. Will surely come back and highly recommended.

Comfortable room with enough space for family, like the bathtub togather with an individual television! kid provide with kids size slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste! Hotel staff is nice! many restaurants downstair and nearby!

First I would like to say the GM really tired hard to accommodate us - really appreciated that. Negative is the fact that all though the rooms are supposed to be non smoking the stink of smoke, so I wouldn’t recommend to go there with kids

A perfect hotel with a a relaxing atmosphere. We stayed 2 nights in a room with 2 double beds. (Be aware 2x125cm each) We enjoyed the facility’s including the large pool area with wawe machine and lazy river. We are definitely going back. The Galaxy area was also great with good shuttle buses to other compounds and also the ferry and airport.

We requested a baby crib but actually its not for sleep but a play crib. The bedding is hard and definitely not for sleeping or even not a hotel quality. We have to asked the room service to add a cushion or bed covers whatever but finally we just leave it all night and baby sleep with us. The king size bed, comparatively cleanness is not enough and can feel itchy on skin. The bathroom is fine, up to standard with a Japanese style electric toilet. The balcony, not able to access coz the glass door handle is broken. Don't even want to ask to fix and nothing interest out there. Intermittent disconnection of WIFI. The only thankfully is the top floor Japanese restaurant who did a very good service for our lunch.

The hotel swimming pool is one of the reason why I chose this hotel, it is fun and you can spend the afternoon there with your family or sun breathing. There is also a indoor swimming pool and gym room at the top floor. It is really sweet of the hotel that arrange the surprise for the birthday guest. However, I found that there are few lights broken in the hotel room and it was a little bit dusty.

Nice Hotel, but my kid (6 yr old) can't turn on the tap for wash his hand in hotel room toilet. And the lighting in the room is not bright enough. No free locker and shower place for waterpark.

Very nice outdoor and indoor pools. lovely environment.
