The whole room and furniture reeks of cigarette smell, weird as I was being double-confirmed at check-in that I don’t need a smoking room, and I barely had any sleep that night. Even worse, the shower is greasy, the floor is like oil-coated and I had to wear my slippers to shower. Found mold on the tea cup as well. It is very disgusting.... it’s the first time I’ve ever seen something like this in Okura, out of all the times I chose to stay here is because of the hygiene pursuits, this is the first time I get disappointed like this.

The best hotel in Macau. I always choose this hotel when visit Macau. It has the best location, Nice casino, Good restaurants and Shopping mall. Just across street to local restaurant and Broadway street food. Free Shuttle to airport and ferry. Also the pool is large and very impressed.

Check-in service was great, the staff brought us to the executive lounge to check-in. Served us some tea and cakes while during check-in. Felt that the hotel has more privacy compared to the main Galaxy hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were big, clean and in good condition, housekeeping was done well. Rooms with the "Resort View" had a very nice view. Hotel is in the Galaxy complex, very convenient with plenty of food choices, shopping and a movie theater.

I told them we were celebrating our anniversary just a day ahead of our check in, and they had a surprise for us. Really warm and touching. The staff was nice.
