"Comfortable stay"

Good service and comfortable deco room. Our trip was disrupted by the typhoon the next morning as we needed to rush catching last ferry going back to HK. Slightly disappointed to cut short our trip. A very good hotel, will come back.

We are there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The staff was extremely helpful on preparing a small cake. The breakfast is nice as well. We also enjoyed the water park. Overall, a very nice hotel.

I spent two days with my kids in this hotel. We enjoyed the excellent swimming pools and facilities. The room is clean with a very good bathroom.

The pool area is awesome but the non-smoking room we stayed at smelled smoke. They brought us an air purifier though.

"Okura? Don't bother."

Second visit to this hotel so hoping for great things. Service following an incident with the room door [safety catch] faulty and unable to shut left us frustrated and no apology.We were stuck in a room not able to get out until an engineer arrived. Staff unable to bring a small quantity of milk for our morning coffee without a payment of MOP 60. We were woken up by persistent knocking at 2.40am and then a phone call demanding that we open the door for room service [ which we did not order] Took ages to sleep again and then slept through breakfast. On check out we pointed out these disappointments and were left with silence, then sorry sorry and bowing.No one could take responsibility and give a sincere apology.Sorry, Okura, but not going back.

"Nice enough hotel but not worth the money"

We upgraded to a suite which was lovely and completely worth it, but the executive club wasn’t great. Very little food that would please a western palate and also the beds are tiny in the standard rooms, which we aren’t used to. The service was nice enough but I was travelling with myself hubby and two kids andvthe booking said breakfast included but then we had to pay $20usd per kid for breakfast even though we’d paid extra for the club and paid for a room with breakfast. It all actually seemed like money grabbing. The pool deck was nice though.
