Friendly staff and excellent service, got a room uograde as well as a complimentary bottle of wine from Expedia.

Rooms are amazing and well maintain. Strong showers and huge bath. Check in was a bit slow in terms slow. They also got our name wrong, number of nights wrong, and we didnt get our complimentary bottle of wine until after two phone calls and it was only a small bottle when we got it. The hotel did generally sort things out quickly though so was still satisfied overall.

We really appreciate Hotel Okura’s effort to make our anniversary special. There’s cake, wine and handmade card waiting for us inside the room. We got upgraded to an amenities view and it was amazing. Thank you For making our stay here truly memorable

Impeccable service. Staff knew my name every time I got off the elevator. Upgraded to king superior, which definitely makes you feel like one! Took advantage of water park— definitely have never gone down waterslides and used a lazy river before work before! Access to very high end shopping and casino, if that’s your deal, as well as to wide array of food options at Broadway, all without going outside. ccess to your friends and colleagues staying at other galaxy-affiliates properties (JW, Venetian, Galaxy), also via corridors rather than sweating outside. Metro coming soon.

Value of money Excellent services Will be my first choice for visiting Macao

I like the bathroom set up with steam shower and a sauna room. I like the TV channels set up. I like the beach pool. I don’t like the alarm noise of the elevators as it keeps on ringing.

The services were excellent, the condition of the hotel was a bit old already.

Service was good and staff was so nice. Facilities were variable. Traffic was convenient. Room was clean and comfortable.
