"Faulty card slots, eerie walkway"

The walkway is dark and surrounded with white colored flowers, which makes the environment eerie. The room card slot in is not working well, thereby causing electrical trip occasionally. The room has a smell which is supposedly pleasant but it may not be favored by all guests. Two good things about the hotel is the location and sound proof from the streets.

"Good location, clean but did not sleep well!"

Loud thumping music can be heard till past midnight. Workers noisily cleaned my windows at 630 in the morning! Definitely didn't get enough sleep. Great location though, right at the mall, walking distance to bangla street and the beach, friendly staff. One thing to note was 1000THB deposit must be paid in cash.

"Awesome location with good customer services"

The location is fantastic and very convenient be it with family or with friends. Room size is average. Counter services is good and able to communicate in English. Minor cons is room fridge only has two bottles of mineral water. They should stock up with drinks and beers. Checkout process is a bit slow and please allow yourself around 15 to 30 mins grace.

"Good hotel, good shopping"

We had a great experience at the hotel. Friendly and always smiling employees. The immediate surroundings is basically a big shopping mall. Outside of this shopping area you are surrounded with the typical Thai small shops and crowded streets. 10 minutes walk to Patong beach, but no signs to guide you. You must rely on either taxi to get there or ask your way through the city.

"Great hotel for the price"

Lots of eating places around the hotel. Very close to the beach. Offers all sorts of event booking right outside the hotel. Majority of the event pickup at this hotel. I would stay here again .....

"Good and convenient hotel"

Really great hotel and all staff are very nice. Room is clean and comfortable. Location really close to Patong Beach and Jungcelon, Big C etc.

staff have smiles, rooms are clean and modern. wifi is fast and signal strong. 7/11 close by as well as resturaunts and fast food outlets
