Pimnara Boutique Hotel

It was amazing i recomend this hotel for all kind of visitors , the sttaf , location , cleannes , every thing were great

took 3 rooms Room 105, 106 and 108, from 2nd Dec to 6th Dec. Room size was good with premium bedding. Great stay as Rooms had great premium new beddings. Free strong Wi fi. Hotel was Situated inside Juncelyon shopping mall that made shopping a breeze.The rooms were theme rooms with quirky designs. Our 3 rooms were "regular and comforting" designs. Other rooms had mind-boggling gothic themed 3D models popping out from wall etc.The staff were great, especially the beautiful smiling Miss Preaw and helpful Nik! The manager on duty was a kindly warm sweet lady and our stay was only marred by the boring repetitive no choice toast and eggs breakfast. would have preferred a morning buffet with thai or asian spread and not only 2 types of bread, french toast or eggs for 4 repeated mornings.

My only issue are with the hard a!$ beds sweet baby J they are hard! Lol other than that I had no issues cheap stay but 4-5 star service

Absolutely a pleasure staying at PIMNARA. My wife enjoyed the relaxing and beautiful environment surrounding PIMNARA. The room was extremely comfortable, modern, and very quiet. We were well rested after a good night life. We didn't have to walk too far. There are excellent restaurants with variety of foods surrounding PIMNARA. I'm glad HOTELS.COM recommended the PIMNARA Hotel to me as my first choice. My wife and I will book at PIMNARA again next year. The Staff were very helpful and always have a smiling face answering questions.

Lobby is clean and adopts a minimalist approach. Welcome drink provided was a nice gesture. Pros: -Location is right smack in the middle of Jungceylon Shopping mall. Cinemas, bowling alley, supermarket and restaurants are literally a 2 minute stroll away.It's also near to Patong beach (short 10 min walk) and Bangla Road. This is the best selling point of the hotel. -Room has unique design, depending on which room you are in. -Basin is just outside of the bathroom so one can bathe and the other brush his teeth, saving time. -Equipped with kettle, mini fridge, hair dryer, TV and room service. Basic amenities like toothbrush, soap etc all available. -Showering cubicle has glass door to prevent water splashing onto toilet bowl area. Shower water pressure is strong with varying temperatures. -Hotel also provides a bag of towels for guests to bring to the beach. Cons: -Bed is the hard mattress type. Those who like soft mattresses beware. -Floor is not carpeted, so expect cold tiled floors. -Card key (Tap and unlock type): For some reason, my card keys took multiple tries to open my door every single time I returned to the hotel, and changing the card keys did not work. I realized that the problem is actually not with the card keys, but the door. If assigned to room 04, make sure they have fixed the door already or you'll spend time trying to open it. Minor issues aside, hotel is clean, location is good, price paid was worth it.

It is a long weekend in our home country & we decided to have some ME time together as a couple from our busy schedule. The Pimnara Boutique Hotel was more beautiful than expected. Check-in smooth; cold welcome drink from hot weather; intriguing design of rooms; sets the ambience & mood for relaxation with cosy shower area. Surrounding shopping mall also provides plenty of convenience for shop & drop off at hotel room!

Horrible, it was a total bait and switch!! Only decent thing was the breakfast and it was at a near by restaurant.
