Pimnara Boutique Hotel

Everything was good, only i guess they have staff problem. While checking out, i had to shift my luggage from my room to the taxi. And their housekeeping department needs to upgrade their timing. Rather than these it was a pleasant stay.

Location is excellent! Very friendly staff and nice rooms.

If u rcspending most of your time in the shopping center this is the place. Breakfast was 3 choices of egg ham etc opposite the hotel at the restaurant.

Located in the Jungceylon Shopping Center which is a modern open air shopping and dining area. You could stay here a week and eat at a different place every day just steps away from the hotel. We were very happy with the hotel, we stayed in a room with a window, it was just a few dollars more and I would suggest that you do the same. I accidentally booked a room without a window at another hotel, it was like being in a jail cell (not that I actually know what that is like mind you). We were on the second floor overlooking the shopping center, there was very little noise though and if there was any noise it was covered by the hum of the air-conditioner. The room was spacious for the price and it was very clean. Everyone we dealt with, from the front desk the the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. There is a place just outside the front door that can set up tours for you. All of that being said I do have some suggestions if management is reading this. There are a few areas that could us a little bit of upkeep. The floor in the lobby isn't looking so good and needs to be redone. It's finished concrete but it's chipped, cracked, and has visible patch repairs. The same holds true for the stairway to the left of the elevator. The carpet on the second floor is looking pretty shabby, it needs to be replaced.

Overall an amazing stay that is worth the value! Pros: 1. Amazing location, located right beside Jungceylon, Bangla street and Patong beach! Right in front is the Banzaan Fresh Market for some seafood and 7-11 is just 5 mins away which is amazing! There's a McDonald right below as well! 2. Friendly staff! They make it a point to greet us and assist us in whatever ways they can! 3. Cleanliness, amazing house keeping team, making sure the room is clean and comfortable within our stay there! Cons: The bed is a little too hard for us and wifi's connection is bad... But this can be solved by choosing the right connection!

i like the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is superb near to night market and Bangla Road. Only 1 thing that I would like to suggest is full length mirror, as its only half length mirror inside the room.

This property is located extremely centrally and for those who love to shop, enjoy the night life, want to stay close to the beach and also enjoy the peace of a boutique hotel this is the place. The draw back is the interiors of the rooms, though very cute to look at at first glance are not up kept to the best condition. The lift was not functional and we had 4 senior Citizens , ( both sets of parents) land a small kid so climbing up the stairs was very cumbersome. Also we had informed that we are coming to celebrate the 40th wedding anniversary of my in-laws but no special arrangements were made, normally like we are going to Centara after this, they are already providing us a transfer, a small cake and extra inclusions. Small things but that makes one feel special. The staff is extremely friendly and sweet but unfortunately this is a hotel which offers few to no Aminities. The Patong beach is 700 mtrs away, so is the night life and the famous Bangla market. Indian food restaraunts are in and around, like Madras cafe (expensive) and others. The hotel is located inside the Juncelyon mall Premises and is extremely lively upto 10 pm, post which the hotel surroundings wears a dead feel. I wish we could have a much more special feel, service and reception, which would make me give this a 5 star. Today is our last night here. So don’t think that would happen.
