Pimnara Boutique Hotel

If you are looking for a good location near restaurant and shoppings this is the hotel to stay in. The hotel is basically inside a shopping mall. Inside rooms you don’t get to hear the outside noise. Rooms are decorated with cartoons character, mine was with Olive Oyl from Popeye the sailor man. Great experience!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, very pleasant to deal with (especially Tak!). The only thing to improve would be reading lamps on the bedside nightstands. Only having the overhead lights was not so good, I take one star for that.

Hotel Staffs are friendly and professional. Room is clean daily but the mattress is hard as a rock and we were not able to sleep on the 1st night. Told the reception staff on the hard mattresses and the housekeeping team put bed toppers to soften the hardness of the mattresses so that was a real blessing. We were able to sleep the next few days. we paid for breakfast to be included but it was just a mediocre breakfast. The fast food joints nearby are much better.. Overall the hotel need a complete overhaul renovation.. it's getting passe with the decoration, plastic flowers etc..

Staff was really friendly and the room was nice! It was in an amazing location. About a 5 minute walk to the beach and bangla road. It did get a bit noisy at night, but quieted down around 10-11. I would stay again!

If you’re around the Jungceylon area and looking for a massage, then you really need to stop by Pimnara for one. I went for a one hour Thai massage and I must say that it really is one of the best which I’ve had. It’s pricier than the normal Thai massage parlors that you see along the streets but it’s definitely worth it! Would’ve gone for an additional hour if I had the time.

The hotel location is good. Just inside the walking street 2. Five minutes to the night street too where all the pubs located. However, transportation is very expensive. One way airport to hotel B800 and takes an hour.

The hotel rooms are clean and very modern. All the staff were very helpful. The trouble I had with the room was the beds were very hard and difficult to sleep on. I did not get one good night sleep in the five nights I stayed here. I could also hear the music at night from the clubs next-door. Next time I will check out other options Close by that are in the same price range.

pimanara is very nice hotel , situad beatiful place inside the JYACILON CENTER (many activity RESTAURANT , SHOP AND SPA ,clean room , very friendly , silent . distance to the beach walking 10 minuts , near BANGLA . ROAD

A well equipped spa with an amazing service! Very professional in their dealings! It can be more expensive from what you can get elsewhere in Phuket but the difference is the service and the posh environment! Check it out! You won’t regret it I’m sure!
