Plai And Herbs Suvarnabhumi Airport

I was disappointed with this hotel, it is quite old and I would only use it if you need it for a day or so while in transit through Bangkok. The linens and room decoration is very outdated, the hot water was not working in my bathroom, so I had to take a cold shower. THERE IS NO INTERNET IN THE ROOMS, if you want to use the free internet you must go sit down in the lobby area. Their restaurant was totally empty, the lights were on but I didn't even see an employee inside at all. There is absolutely nothing to do around this hotel, I found a Seven-Eleven about 3 blocks away which was a lifesaver. They do have a free shuttle to the airport which leaves at the top of every hour. I couldn't get a hold of them for the transport from the airport to the hotel, so I took a taxi which cost me about $3-4 dollars. I was able to use their free shuttle from the hotel to the airport at 4am.

Airport services good and free. Basic but good value for money.

This hotel was close to the airport (BKK) and had a shuttle which was convenient and probably the main reason we stayed. They let us check in early for an extra 400 baht. It was ok for the fact that we just landed in Bangkok and were going to mainly sleep anyway. Breakfast was nothing special and tv is all in Thai.

Functional. Provides a free but not perfect shuttle service to and from airport.

The hotel is in need of some upgrades but was fine for one night. Staff was pleasant and handy to have food available in the same building.

The airplanes were very noisy until 2 a.m. The hotel is very small, dirty, and one star hotel with 3 stars advertising. Misleading for us travelers. You have to go up about 10 steps to reach the elevator. Elevator is not on the first floor but between floors. Also when you get to your room you have to go up another set of stairs because the elevator is in between floors again. There was a free shuttle from and to the airport, you have to call them from the airport to send the shuttle for you.

unfriendly..and .mess

I was there for a night (9 hours to be exact), after spending a week in Bangkok, in order to be near the airport and catch my early AM flight. It is what it is ($17 a night). The staff were friendly enough, WIFI was adequate, and the free shuttle was on time. Note you ought to reserve your spot at the check-in; it might be full on the day of. The facilities and the room were ok. They reminded me of an old movie back from 40-50 years ago. So, do think of it as your turn-back-time night and have fun with it. But if you and your family can't do that, especially if you travel with kids, you better off spend your money and go to Novotel or Best Western hotels. You have to get a good rest and ready for a long journey. This place isn't for you. It's perfect for travelers with open-minded and tight budget.

Close to airport and shuttle service is free and on time. Ok for my short night stay between Bangkok and Chaing Mai. Rooms are clean. Hallway carpets are very seedy looking. One step up from sleeping in the airport all night.

They told me free wifin in the room but it no wifi and also the stuff was rude and all of them not Thai SUCK do not stay there
