I waited 2hours for the "free shuttle pick up" the reason it took so long is because the driver drove straight through the airport without stopping, after I emailed the hotel they said to wait another hour. I arrived to the hotel where I met a male receptionist who was extremely rude and did not want to help with a single thing, whenever I asked a question he snapped with a reply. The room was dirty and uncomfortable, worst of all there was a washing machine and dryer above my room that ran constantly throughout my stay.

I arrived at the airport at late in the evening and just like clockwork the free airport shuttle was right there at midnight on the hour as promised. It was also in the exact area they specified. This is my first time in Bangkok and I am traveling alone so I appreciate it when things go according to plan. At the hotel, check-in was quick and easy especially since I paid in advance. The room was adequate, nothing fancy. The bed sheets were clean except for on light stain on the top sheet which I was pull back and don't sleep on anyway. The bathroom was clean. The TV worked. There were several locks on the room door for safety and the room came with a little balcony with table and chairs for outside seating. Also the wifi was good. This is a great hotel close to the airport that I would highly recommend for stays when arriving late or the night before when your flight leaves early. I would stay here again.

This hotel needs to be removed from the Travelocity site. It boasts a 3 star rating when in fact it should be a zero rating. The cab driver took us down a shell road located in "the slums"of Bangkok. I knew this was not going to turn out well, and it didn't. No A/C, dirty carpeting, stained mattress, horrible smell. I left as soon as I could, and didn't even bother to ask for my $15 a night room rate returned. That should have been my big red flag, that this was not a place to stay.

We ended up staying here for a couple nights. Its a great location because its so close to the airport and fairly cheap but its hard to get around because its not that close to the bts or mrt etc. The front desk staff were amazingly helpful. The food was nothing to write home about but still pretty decent. Check out the night market around the corner if your hungry.

This was my second stay at this Hotel. I would recommend this as very good budget Hotel near Airport.

Well, on the positive side it outshines most US budget m/hotels in regards to the smell/odor situation. If you're getting in late to BKK, it's a fine place to recover from a long flight before approaching Bangkok and beyond. I do have to say that I discovered blood stains and tears on my sheets! Yikes. Staff quickly replaced them, but it was gross and the impression did not leave. Front desk very good with English/professionalism.

The rooms were hclean and the bed wwas very comfortable. The hotel is ideally located near the airport, but because travellers invariably stay one night, there is no atmosphere. Nevertheless, I would stay there again.

A clean, basic hotel convenient for the airport, with an hourly transit service. Creaky bed and wonky shelving - no frills, but a reasonable budget option.

My room smelled like a sewer. I complained at the del and got a new room. No smell, but the room was very tired and not well maintained. The location is on a dark soi, and as I arrived in the dark, I was not comfortable going out to find a restaurant or a store. The shuttle bus to the airport in the morning was on time and quick.

This is very run down hotel, Extreamly dirty and old. The toilet sit had urine all over it. The towels were gray from original color white. Furniture are old and bed is very uncomfortable. This hotel needs to be closed for higenic reasons. BAD BAD BAD.
