Hampton Inn Ozark

The staff was good. They helped as much as they could. They just couldn't overcome how run down everything was.

The first room was damp, dirty, and had bugs. The second room seemed better but was still not truly clean. (I even found food behind one of the side tables that had been there a while.) They say renovations are coming soon. It is ashamed, the hotel isn't even 20 years old and was much better than most accommodations in town.

The room was not very well cleaned there was used soap in the shower, air conditioner stop working in the middle of the night, TV remote also didn’t work, ice machine did not work, bed sheets had holes in them, and the keys didn’t work half the time.

Pool was open but water was cloudy and needed to be cleaned out

The beds were unmade and had dirty sheets on them. Old clothes in the closet. The floor was filthy, stuck to your feet when you walked on it. No shower curtain. It was late so we got another room, it to had a dirty floor.

When we arrived they had overbooked our room that we had reservations for.Only thing left was room with king bed and they’re were 3 of us so we had to take it and then we got blankets and pillows for person that was going to sleep on floor.Bad night for them and the king bed was not that good either.Hallway carpets were disgustingly dirty and so was the room carpet.Pillows were extremely uncomfortable.So we won’t be staying with you anymore. This hotel should be an embarrassment to Hilton. The room floorplan was excellent. The host at the reception desk was pleasant, courteous and professional. The furnishings are all dirty, stained and tattered and should be transferred to the land fill. The carpet was stained and not very clean but probably the best it could be in its worn-out state. The tv remote was sticky and dirty however the bedding was clean and fresh. At breakfast there were lots of items missing, including no eggs available shortly after opening. No ice in the ice machines, seemed to be turned off! The online photo's must have been taken years ago. This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishing. Hilton corporate needs a representative to visit this location. Don't recommend staying here!
