"Room review"

Awful!!! Dirty, run down it’s an embarrassment to Hilton properties. SURE hope that there is a plan to refresh this place in the very near future!! I frankly got tired of being one with cockroaches in room. That doesn’t bother me as much as the lack of cleanliness and updating that needs to be done. Disgusting and disappointing. I’m not totally sure that sheets were actually changed in one bed in a queen double room…they looked very used.

"Very disappointing"

Room had bugs cockroaches , filthy dirty, unsightly employee watching tv and eating multiple times we were in lounge area wouldn’t answer telephone. Furniture was filthy in lobby and room all banged up. Cable tv cut in and out making it unwatchable.

The room wasnt too bad but when we came down for breakfast i witnessedba cockaroach crawling on the wall behind the coffee pot & then a baby one right by the open food. DISGUSTING! WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN, EVEN IF IS IS THE ONLY HOTEL IN OZARK. ID MUCH RATHER TRAVEL THEN HAVE TO STAY THERE AGAIN.

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. It a little run down, but fine for a quick overnight stay. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not great, so I had cereal.

"Hotel from Hell!"

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! If you can't say anything good, don't say anything at all, but that's not the case here. I stayed here on a business trip and this place was awful! To be clear, the staff was great. They really tried to help me because I tried to leave, but their hands were tied. This was the filthiest place I've ever stayed at in my life. I was scared to get in the bed. I stayed one night and didn't take my shoes off when I walked around because the floors, both carpet and tile, were sticky and my shoes felt like they were sticking to the floor. The window was so dirty it looked cloudy. Lastly, I left to get some dinner, and a man was sitting on the floor in the hall diagonal from my room picking at his feet. I felt like I was in a scary movie I called Hilton and they did everything but tell me to get lost. I told them I didn't feel safe, and they didn't care about that either.
