Everything was good except the most important thing. The mattress was bad. So bad that if you weren’t careful you could roll off. Mattress was worn and had little support.

"STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!"

This is absolutely the WORST Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. I've stayed at budget motels that were far nicer. Walls in common areas were scuffed; elevator walls were filthy, and the branding decals were worn...this should have been a warning about disgusting room! We had a free upgrade (room 321) and it looked like it had not been painted in years. The furniture was stained, and bathroom had a filthy mirror (imaging kids brushing teeth for weeks without wiping it down) and hair all over edge of shower. We wore shoes into the bathroom to avoid filth on our feet and the soles stuck to the tile. When we checked out at 4am a note was on the counter (also well used) indicated that they would "Be Right Back"...after several minutes, I observed someone had left a note that they were checking out so that is what I did. There were no business cards available anywhere near front desk to reach out to a manager about our poor experience and I'm pretty positive, there is no 3rd shift person working ~ alternatively, they were taking a nap. In all honestly, Hilton Corporate should pull the Hilton/Hampton Inn flag from this property because it is absolutely horrendous. I hope readers of this review avoid the property and that Hilton reads it and addresses the condition immediately.

"Disappointed "

Got there after 6 hours of holiday traffic at 3:25 and room was not ready and wouldn’t be for another half hour. 3pm check in. Bathroom door stuck when closed. Wife got locked in. Light switches on outside of bathroom. Sink drained very slow. Tenants above us were very noisy. We were on far end of hall and thought we were in a good low noise area. Would have been had it not been for above us.
