Onomo Hotel Dakar

I unexpectedly needed a hotel for the night on short notice and this fit the bill well. Near to the airport, with free shuttle.

I largely selected the Onomo because it is so close to the airport and I needed a place for an overnight stay. But I found it a comfortable and stylish place, and would be happy to stay there for a longer visit to Dakar. High points: the cream of zucchini soup, the layout and cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff and the promptness of the airport shuttle.

Well situated close to airport with a airport shuttle, room is basic but clean and tidy, ideal for transit.

All was perfect. The room are nice, modern and clean with an operating air conditionning The staff is well trained and gentle with the custumers Fast and Free wireless Internet connection

I only stayed for 5 hours this time but have used the hotel before when in transit to Cape Verde. Very convenient close to the airport. Internet connection not the best.

Stayed at this hotel when it first opened a few years ago. It's showing some wear but is still nice.

Too pricey, but good service. Rate paid was above that advertised and did not come with breakfast as advertised.

Excellent hotel near the airport. Don't get ripped off by taxis - pay 500CFA or 1 euro to get there! Also, don't pre-pay breakfast - the buffet is only 4500CFA (about 7 euro)

The hotel was in great condition. The hotel staff was very efficient and most accommodating. The staff spoke English and French, and I could understand them in both languages. The hotel offers a shuttle to and from the hotel. It is close to the airport which makes getting to and from very convenient. The restaurant hotel also had excellent service and good food. The rooms were clean and once in the hotel the outside traffic noise disappeared.
