Accessibility ground floor, thank you. Right on the main esplanade. Staff welcome and help. Loved the rooftop pool.

Difficult to get in and out of the spa the step is a long way down.

Lovely weekend stay in 103 ground floor. Amazing staff, comfy bed, freezing cold AC and hot water, big room with court yard. Room was super value for money being BEACHFRONT location, would defs stay again.

Place does need some tlc but its not advertised as 5 star.

Nothing — it’s an abandoned shit hole. As I’ve communicated via phone to Booking.com this property should be removed from your site. It’s a sham.

Do NOT stay here. The pictures are misleading, the staff incompetent and my room smelt like urine for $200 a night. It was also unsafe and severly understaffed. The shops / restaurant out the front are no longer there and the whole place looks closed. There's also no overnight staff and rooms are not securely booked. When I tried to chase up a refund because I felt unsafe and had to stay elsewhere, I was ghosted and gaslit. AVOID!!
