Pool room staff very good

We read reviews on this place re:their unfriendliness, & after staying here, we found these reviews to be true. The staff is not friendly! The staff in the restaurant/bar are not only unfriendly, but they made us feel uncomfortable. They would look at us & whisper amongst themselves & laugh all while looking at us. So uncomfortable! Front desk staff were barely friendly. Based on the rude, unfriendly & somewhat condescending attitude from the staff, we would not stay here again.

Views as well the building structure spectacular

Love the pool just across the restaurant and they even have a shower to get rid of the sand before getting in the pool. Or just to shower after swimming . They also let you use the facilities after checking out. I love the staff being helpful all times.

1. I could not have a phone conversation due to bad service. 2. Both machines in "gym" were broken 3. I was so sick.(ended up in hospital from dehydration), I asked for a piece of bread or crackers, his response was "You can order a hamburger or pasta" , I needed help with figuring out laundry, his response "It is not our responsibility for your laundry. 4. During my days of being sick they were jackhammering and demolishing a room 3 doors down the WHOLE day 5. I had to ask several times for room to be cleaned. 6. THe pool area is beautiful but there is NOTHING else around. 7. THe local beach is very nice as well "Bachoco" So frustrated to have spent that amount of money. The two men at front desk had a little English but no one else.

Beautiful hotel! Secluded and private! The pictures do not do it justice. The restaurant/bar staff were very kind and attentive but the reception was horrible. Very rude and short tempered. The person who made the reservation will need to bring their ID even though it is not stated anywhere. They only make exceptions to certain people and when you ask them why they say they can’t do it for everyone. Once the manager came in and I told him how it was unfair that he treated other customers compared to me, he apologized and ended up helping us during check in.

Pool and area around the pool is nice. Service staff are not helpful.

The buffet was great . But as far getting drinks around pool or lunch was a long wait even going up the beer was ridiculous slow. its not a place where they come to pool and offer drinks. We wouldn’t , you must walk or taxi’s . Beach was not close overall hotel very beautiful and staff where find

The hotel pool is big, and there is space for everyone. I appreciate the no dogs police. There is parking available.

I made a reservation through Booking.com, and after a while, I received an email saying that I could only pay with American Express or a money transfer; otherwise my reserve would be canceled in the next 24h. The facilities are wore off, with many items broke, for instance my shower head was so rusted that did not move, and none of the power outlets in my bedroom work, including the one for the tv. There is no mini bar in the bedrooms, and they charge $20 per item to store at their fridge. The corridors are with a ceramic tile with large grout gaps between. You can hear all the Tec-tec-tec noise of guests luggages running in the corridor while you try to sleep in the morning. The restaurant is overpriced, the service is slow, and the food is mediocre.
