All Suite El Marques de Antigua

Very nice accommodation. The property is very spacious free parking. The people very friendly.

Great location

Towels had stains and the door from the unit didn’t close well so it gave you de sense of insecurity. They should have a bathroom while costumers are waiting for the check in, in the entrance.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite had a leaky roof in one of the closets and the tub appeared to be dirty no matter how many times the girl went to clean. Overall it’s a nice place. Great if you travel with family and plan to cook at home instead of going out to eat a lot.

I was impressed with the arquitectural design of the apartment style hotel. It has a large master bedroom with open balcony to view the floor below, ample sized bathroom with soaking tub, dining area, living room with chimney, a kitchen and it includes a washer/drier which is a great plus!!!

The suite were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Antigua Guatemala. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12:00pm. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The apartment was good in every way. Close to the center of town, clean and secure. The apartment has one bathroom and it's upstairs. The bath and shower are a little difficult to enter and exit because you have to climb a tub ledge. Not for the infirm. No restaurant, no pool. (That's on me)

very far from city center at least 20 min walk, also they turn off the warer two times , tv in living room extremely small …. over all a 4 out of 10 !

Nice 2 bedroom condo type property but the stairs were tough with young kids and no one to really talk to at all on property. Ultimately due to stairs and no A/C (was very hard to sleep with heat) so had to relocate yet hotel did not offer any refund at all eventhough we had only stayed 1/3 of our reserved time. They didn't even ask if anything they could do, they just took our key and that was all. Also, it is a little further from dining than most hotels in the Antigua area.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Safe place to stay at. Just far from the center of where everything is located.
