Breakfast food ran out early and didn’t get filled in time before we had to leave so we left without food

The place itself was good!

They need to hire help. There was only 1 person working doing everything (front desk, maintenance, getting extra supplies, ect.)

Location was convenient for the price

Hot tub could have been warmer ran out of breakfast food took a while before they replenished it

Room was clean, small sink area. Fridge worked

Staff was very rude. Refused to allow me to stay in the handicapped room booked due to a service animal and then charged me more. Was rude to other guests. Bathroom light only came on with fan that was very loud. Air conditioner was operated with a light switch, very odd. Breakfast provided no meat and gravy for biscuits and grave also was meatless. Not many other options other than eggs and waffles. Staff eavesdropped on guests when they were conversing in the breakfast area about the hotel and left when the guests noticed him there. Ice machine and vending machine were broken and the staff was rude when a guest mentioned it ate his money. They banned the guest from use. Pathway from back parking lot to front are was filled with junk. Just overall bad.

The TV wasn’t hooked up and didn’t work with remote the towel rack in the bathroom or loose toilet paper dispenser handles were broken off. There was a recliner which was nice but the arm and the right side was loose. I was afraid to break off there was a hole in the wall when the door has been pushed open the ceiling and the upper part of the room was peeling back. The heater and air-conditioning system was somewhat I could not get it to work correctly by the staff was very excellent. He needed help. The staff was working the front counter and the kitchen and helping anybody that came in and any needs that you do. The menu said that pizza was 1050 but they charge 1650. It looked like a pizza from a store.

The location was great for Deadwood & the hotel run a shuttle if you want to drink when you go there. Staff were helpful but clearly overstretched.

The first room I was given hadn't been cleaned (old soap by sink, beds not changed or made since last guest) & did not lock. The second was better but still had old sweets stuck in the carpet & the toilet didn't flush well. Having said that, you get what you pay for, and it was much less expensive than Deadwood itself.

The staff was accommodating. We got there after 0130hrs and was able to get a snack after being on the road for 10 hrs.

The price was ridiculously high for the room. But when you're in need of rest you take what you can get. The doors secondary lock was broke and felt unsafe. The breakfast was less than fair. At 0830 hrs there was a smidgen of eggs left. The gravy for the biscuits looked days old and there wasn't enough there to even entertain eating (crusted). The OJ was water. Looked like they added water to the OJ and it was a pale orange water. When the staff was made aware he acted like it was an inconvenience and said it would take a 1/2 hrs to replenish and walked out.

Staff was nice and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location was very convenient for both Lead and Deadwood.

The luggage trolley had a bad wheel, otherwise it was good. Floor in room was slightly dirty, but not dusty.
