The bed was comfy

I was charged for 3 nights when I had only stayed for 2 and told me they could not change it. The breakfast was very bad. I booked a king room and received a double queen. The door lock was broken off so we did not have a lock to our room. I would not recommend this hotel. I contacted booking because they would not change my reservation and they tried contacting the hotel and I had watched them deliberately not answer the ringing phone then they told me that they never received a call from booking.

Hotl tubes, not far away from the center of nice town Lead.

AC/ heating regulation, not too much light in the room, The room's worn-out furnishings and breakfast room too.
