Ordered king bed, got 2 queens! Door lock didn’t work, said would fix and didn’t. Hot tub didn’t work, they checked out got running only to quit twice! We had to reset breakers twice and just gave up and went to unlocked door. Breakfast nothing special as well! And that’s saying a lot for me to say that.

The hotel room was filthy. There was hair in the bed, urine down the side of the toilet, mold/mildew all over the shower, crumbs on the dresser from where part of the ceiling had fallen, thick dust on the fixtures, and half empty bottles of water in the fridge. When I went to address this with the clerk he told me that it wasn’t dirty then pointed out the housekeeping staff and told me to “talk to them about it”. When I addressed concerns with housekeeping I was told “I wiped that shower top to bottom there’s nothing I can do about mildew” they then laughed when I mentioned the large amounts of hair in the bed and drinks in the fridge. Ultimately my family and I didn’t stay there and it is their policy to not refund, even though they checked us in to a dirty room

Close within 3 miles from downtown Deadwood. Bed and pillows were comfortable

The images do not match facility, very run down. No updating or repairing of defects. The parking is uphill and difficult to turn out. The room was very dirty. No vacuuming, dust everywhere phone, lamps, side table, wall air conditioner unit old and full of dust, the shower was filthy and we didn’t feel comfortable using, had no towels when we checked in. Walls by sink had mold. They sprayed some very strong scent in room on arrival which was very overpowering and instantly gave me headache and flared up my mother’s allergies. The free breakfast was limited, ran out quickly and they refused to refill even though it was stated available from 6-9am. I paid $420 for 2 night stay which is very high for a facility in this poor of condition and with absolutely no standard of “cleanliness”.

Had to request towels and pillow cases and toilet paper.. No daily room service. Bath tub drain stuck has to call maintenance. Extremely dirty! Cob webs and dust all along the base boards and around lamps. Had to request 4 burned out light bulbs the first night there. Only 1 of 3 hot tubs worked and not even that one every day. My room phone did not work. The only time someone was at the front desk was to check peapke in. Zero stars!!!!!

Everything but the biscuits and gravy but you had to get there early as it was the first thing that ran out and never replished.

The Belgian waffle machines were OK. And you can actually open the windows on the ground level rooms.

After paying through booking.com on PayPal, I was forced to add an additional card for another $150 deposit. I was then forced to pay $20 in cash and the check-in attendance said he would be unable to give receipts for either transaction. I then demanded receipts and he said that he did not have printer paper and proceeded to print off two other Client invoices on used paper. I believe he pocketed my $20 cash but we had been driving for so long. We had no choice but to stay.

the location comfortable relaxing

hot tubs didn't work. vending machines didn't work and just stole your money. I've machine didn't work. I had to call coke personally to put in repair tickets. the owners wouldn't.. breakfast was very limited no fruit no cereal no milk no bread to toast even waffle mix was watery .

Breakfast food ran out early and didn’t get filled in time before we had to leave so we left without food

They need to hire help. There was only 1 person working doing everything (front desk, maintenance, getting extra supplies, ect.)
