Blackstone Lodge and Suites

The room wasn't that clean and we had switch rooms because the room wouldn't heat and tolit would not flush and they charged us 35 dollars for checking in 1 hour early. Also sidewalk wasn't shoveled and the drive way wasn't plowed.

!!!SCUMBAGS!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DOUBLED THE ROOM TOTAL WITH MADE UP EXTRA CHARGES I locked in a room at 41$ on Booking.com and they told me, once I’m already there at midnight and no where else to go, that that room was only for handicapped people, so the non handicapped price for the same room was 29$ more. Then they saw my dog, which I clearly notified Booking.Com about and chose a hotel I thought had no problem with dogs. Turns out I needed another room at 20$ more and and additional 25$ for a “pet fee” which was never mentioned on any of the reservations. So, basically show up in the middle of the night tired from driving and the scumbag behind the counter will keep referring to you as “brother” while he doubles the total cost by more than half because of lies and greed. Clearly a disreputable business and whoever that guy is that’s using the word “brother “ has ZERO idea what that word means.

The front desk was super kind and the overall experience was good. This place is a hidden gem.

Really nothing whole place was a scam/waste of money

I loved that it was tucked up I the hill. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was just what I needed to start back on my cross country trip.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. My suggestion would be to put those dispensers in the shower for body wash shampoo and conditioner. Those little soaps and bottles are worthless.

The one nice thing about the hotel was the shuttle that took us to our event

The hotel was filthy!! I had to wipe down the fridge, microwave ,lights, sink and mirrors because it was filthy and there was pee around the toilet. The fan and the tub were awful as well. The heater register had some things on it not cleaned. The office chair that was in the room should have been in the trash! the breakfast was cold and flavorless. The coffee creamer can out like glue when it was opened because the pump on it didn’t work. The eggs were running, cold and artificial, the biscuits tasted like chalk and the gravy had no flavor.

I was charged twice back in August. This is now no ermber and it is still unresolved. I have called and emailed numerous times. No reply from the manager. I was told numerous times the manager is the only one who can help me and the only way to contact her is through email. I verity’s email numerous times as well. I also messaged the hotel through Facebook messenger. They owe me almost $1000!!!!
