I like that it has a shuttle to go to deadwood.

None of the vending machines were on or if they were on they didn’t have anything in them. No video lottery machines in the bar area.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room decor was very nice and the size of the room was nice as well.

The breakfast was very lackluster. The milk was sour and when we requested a replacement milk, it was sour as well. The cereal was stale, the gravy was runny and the biscuits were not very tasty. The Belgian waffle machine didn't get the waffles very done and the eggs were watery. The juices tasted watered down. Worst hotel breakfast ever. The sink in the room was super small and the room did not have a night light. You couldn't walk around the desk chair to the bed without moving it. Should have a smaller desk chair.

We has no hot water. Was not informed at check in. were told it would be resolved within an hour and still not hot water upon check out the next morning. Found out speaking with other guests several others also had no hot water, a few even had gone a couple days without. Should have been notified upon check in. NOTHING offered to compensate,discount. Breakfast was cold.
