"Most relaxing Marriott experience in China"

I would like to thank you for our wonderful stay at the Sheraton Hangzhou resort hotel, and especially thanks to Sylvia and the managers for an amazing stay and check-in, a very nice room with beautiful view, and very good facilities and the executive lounge staff who held a wonderful Valentine’s celebration event. This hotel had the Best pastries out of all the Marriott hotels, amazing mango and matcha cake, chocolate mousse choux and strawberry Oreo cheesecake, congratulations to the chefs.

We had a great dinner here at Sheraton Hangzhou Club Lounge. It is our first time here in Hangzhou and also our first Valentines Day together. We were greeted by Eileen who has been a pleasure in attending to our needs. They even crafted 4 special drinks during this wonderful occasion. We skipped our original dinner plans and stayed here till the night blurs away.

the hotel is somehow out of city access if you don't have a car. Big room but nothing special. The mini bar was empty. Note that the toilet has no bidet for those who care about it. The pillow was not comfortable. Service: they put me in the last room of rows with a lot of walking meanwhile it was not full. The exchange rate was good. breakfast: normal: neither bad, neither special. Dining: Dongpo was very delicious.
