This resort is next to Wetland park and metro station Dongyue. Club lounge provided a variety of local and western food at the happy hour. Breakfast in the restaurant was very affluent. Room was luxurious and comfortable. This resort was surrounded by wetlands, which was suitable for walking and jogging.

Still one of the top Hotels in Hangzhou, breakfast enough taste, western Chinese Asian and good coffee! beds not to hard and not to soft. cleanness of the room is excellent. Enough wall sockets for changing phones, watches and computers. Overall a wonderful stay.

The most I dislike about this hotel are the deposit policy, and also it’s very inconvenient for you to get back the room. It’s super long hallway. Usually other 5 stars hotel they will return your deposit money right way once I check out the room. But this hotel, it takes while. I have to called in and asked. It’s not make sense at all. Once the guest leave the hotel , they should not hold the deposit money.

The environment is nice and the staffs are very courtesy. The rooms we stayed were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We have a very pleasant and memorable stay.

I booked 4 rooms for a 3 night stay with my family and relatives, a group of 9 people. At the time of check in I was asked to provide the names of the persons who are going to stay in which rooms. This was inconvenient to make the arrangement of who and who stay in which rooms at the movement. I think it would be better to let the guesses take their time to settle down and make the decision.
