"Hope I can stay longer next time and walk the wetlands. Beautiful hotel."

Great facility. If I were attending a conference, I'd definitely want it to be here! Fabulous location adjoining the wetlands. Wish I had had more time to walk the trails.

Big rooms, nicely equipped. Extraordinary breakfast. Swimmingpool was nice.

It was inconvenient that reservation is required for Sauna. Only very few employees speak Emglish.

"It is very good hotel"

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and very nice stay. We had lunch at 14 in the club lounge. 17:30-dineer time in the club lounge. Breakfast is so delicious ！！！ If the season changes, I will come.

"Everything you need from a Club Lounge "

The Club Lounge delivered on everything you would normally need in a lounge — evening happy hour with an excellent spread of food and drinks (including varieties of hot dishes and alcohol), a cozy, relaxing environment, and even an outdoor/patio seating area so guests can wine and dine in the evening breeze and the setting Sun. A helpful and sensible staff shows up whenever you need anything (but otherwise leaves you alone in peace and quiet). The hand-painted cards decorating each table are a nice touch that guests are welcome to take home with. The lounge even managed to accommodate my need for a last-minute conference room. For a business trip that was otherwise rushed and tiring, the Club Lounge at the Sheraton Grand HangZhou Wetland Park Resort made all the difference.

"Sheraton that shuts air conditioning and many mosquitoes"

one of the worst Sheratons. It either doesn’t turn on air conditioning or shuts off air conditioning at mid night. When asked why, it says it’s cooler at night. So if you arrive late, the room is hot and when you open the balcony door, mosquitoes come in. Yes, there are lots of mosquitoes even in April. One of few Sheraton that shuts off air conditioning by time. It just gets worse over the years. Suspect managers have changed
