Almasur Express Punta Arenas

It's a very nice hotel right in the downtown of Punta Arenas. It was clean and the beds were super comfy. We had a bad stay somewhere else before and were super happy to have a lovely, comfy, clean room.

The restaurant menu was quite confusing, although the food was good.

I was given a warm welcome even at two o'clock in the morning. My room was warm, immaculately clean and perfect for my needs. No frills but very good, quiet and easily accessible from within the main hotel or via its separate entrance. Breakfast is available at the main restaurant or within the Almasur Express property. Continental style, quite adequate in pleasant surroundings. All the staff I've dealt with were friendly and efficient. Dinner at the main restaurant was excellent, exceptional service.

A minor point because i did not book for the view, but my room on the 4th floor at the Express property just overlooks a sort of void between other walls. Maybe just a little claustrophobic. All in all though, there was nothing to dislike.

Hotel é ótimo, top! Único detalhe a janela não veda muito o som, ao menos no quanto que ficamos. Dava pra ouvir barulho alto da rua

Excelente habitación

La pieza estaba muy limpia y calefaccionada. Estaba bien equipada.

El desayuno fue lo peor. Había pan con mantequilla y súper desabrido. No vale como desayuno lo que había disponible. Lo otro que no me gustó, fue el la TV. Se veía poco nítida y pocos canales. Se repetían los mismos pero con distinta imagen y volumen.
