Copper Point Resort

Beautiful location the rooms were nice. The pool and outside cocktail bar was great. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious.

The Wi-Fi was very spotty

Beautiful hotel, kind and hard working employees, beautiful views, rooms were cozy, didn't use the pools as I felt they were not that inviting, bed comfortable

Pool seemed uninviting, not private feeling.

My room wasn't cleaned when I requested it, or when it was supposed to be done. Having to chase after towels, and getting my room cleaned is not my idea of a good time.

Our room was quite disgusting in terms of cleanliness . Sticky bathroom floor, Our shower curtain had multiple spots of human feces on it , the bathroom door had greasy hand prints all over , wasn’t impressed with the lack of cleaning done. Also very unimpressed with the lack of proper conditioner / toiletries options , I haven’t been to a hotel that uses a 2 in 1 In a. Very long time and with being a higher end resort I would expect more in that area

Rooms were a decent size and had good facilities. We arrived late and left early so didn't really get to experience all the hotel to make a fair and honest judgement, however first impression were good.

everything seemed tidy and clean, we didn't have enough time to experience it all but it did look enticing, I would come back and stay again to experience all the facilities.

Requested early check in. They were not able to accommodate and unfortunately we could not check in until 6 pm (check in was 4 pm) as our room was not ready.

Pool was great, having pet friendly location was great and welcoming bag was appreciated.

Pillows were not to our liking
