Copper Point Resort

Southwest Airlines lost our luggage and we had to wait at the airport until it arrived and we missed one out of two nights at this hotel. We only stayed one night and paid booking.com for two nights. It would be incredibly helpful and would ensure we continue to use booking.com if they would credit us the one night we missed due to the lost luggage. Please advise.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Structure is modern and our bedroom was comfortable and clean.

Corridor to the room was quite dirty. Not very sound proofed.

My husband and I have stayed at the Copperpoint several times and are always very happy with our experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming, location is great as is the restaurant. Amazing indoor and outdoor pools! And a short drive to Radium Hotsprings. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway with lots to do in the area.

Great price in winter, comfortable and dog friendly with door to outside from our room to make it easy to walk pet.

Isolated location

Outdoor pool. The size of the rooms and the price for what you get in the room is decent. Bed was comfortable.

SOOO dated. Broken blinds, worn out furniture. The pillows were an actual joke. Lumpy, small, very poor quality. The idea of a pool view seemed good at the time. Until we tried to go to sleep. Was jammed with teens and so loud. Stomping could be heard above us next door just a terrible amount of noise. One thin blanket provided for the pullout, which was less comfortable than expected for a pull out. This place could be great but it desperately needs some upgrading and TLC. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner they have a 2 in 1 and only give you two small travel size.

Great staff! Great pricing for last minute, loved the food at the Elements restaurant. 20 minute drive to Panorama. I loved the pool and hot tub! Staff were able to allow me to check in 2 hours early too! Will definately return here again for our next snowboard trip!!!
