One of dates of my stays, They did not have hot water at about 7 pm

Room 304A/B Decided to stay at this resort for roughly a week in Feb/2026 as we skied the area (Kicking Horse/Panorama/Kimberley). It was the right decision. Conveniently located and good proximity to the highway and Invermere itself. This was a well appointed two suite unit that could basically sleep 4-6 people comfortably. Modern and practical set up. Great kitchen set up. Comfortable living area. Nice outside deck with our suite having a nice view looking west towards the mountains. Unit was quiet and well built. I thought the price was fairly priced at roughly 250/night (considering what was included). Amenities like the restaurant, pool (outside and inside hot/reg pools), outside facilities all tied in nicely. Fitness room is modest but functional. Spa on site. Restaurant opens at 8am – so if you’re an early bird you may need to go somewhere else. Evening meals were well presented and delicious – which is important as a number of restaurants in town close Monday and Tuesday. Main and lower common areas are comfortable and spacious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when we had to leave abruptly. Highly recommend as a jump point if you’re planning on skiing the area.

Location of one of the hot tubs looks over the parking lot. But it didn't stop us or others from using it so not a deal breaker.

Restaurant was expensive. Not enough gluten and dairy free options. Heater in room didn’t work. Had to bring in a space heater.

I would agree with the other review that the pet rooms are stuck in the basement staff area ! Other hotels don’t make you take those rooms . I booked two weeks in advance and asked for a room where we could walk out to the grassy area by the campfire and ended up in a room where I had to pick my way across big stones and duck under pine trees to get to a grassy area for the dog. Also the whole place seems run down and needs a reno- but at the least needs a very deep cleaning of the halls and the rooms- the dust on the blinds and shelves and lamps and cubby shelves is unbelievable - hand prints all over the windows and the bathroom smelled of mould and mildew- they need a decent cleaning and to use bleach in the bathroom. The kitchen floor was dirty when I used a wet paper towel to wipe some water up- such a lovely property really going downhill- very sad - I did the review they sent out and not one person called to discuss or wrote back or offered us anything to make it better.

Everything was all good. Enjoying the hot and pool was so nice.
