Great location. Issues reported to Guest Services Manager have been addressed

Poor customer service, especially communication Hot tub out of service Facilities outdated, rooms and balconies in need of a GOOD cleaning

From the outside it looks modern and nice. Location is good and the restaurant is nice.

The rooms are so bad. The carpets look dirty, the rooms are extremely small. It looks like they took an old building and revamped it from the outside but didnt change anything inside. The staff is very curt. There was a lady who was a trainee who looked so shabby and unwelcoming. The way she spoke was as if she’s doing some kind of favour on us. We asked for extra duvet and the hotel couldnt even bother to give it with a cover- they just gave a bare duvet. I have never seen that in any hotel/ resort. The rooms are dingy and weren’t even cleaned properly. The toilet was clogged. We asked housekeeping for a toothpaste and they said you have to purchase it. We did and it was just $2 but it gives cheap motel vibes and no hospitality. Hated it. Would not recommend it at all.

The outdoor heated pool/hot tub were amazing. The views around the resort can't be beat. We went in March so the patios weren't open but this area would be even nicer in the summer months. The sport court was nice as well. The staff in the resturant were super helpful and a pleasure to talk with.

The coffee in the room was undrinkable. I'm not sure what the issue was but it had a strong metal taste to it. You could get better tasting coffee in the resturant but it was $4/cup which is crazy considering you could just go down the road to the Tim's and get 2 coffees for that price. The pots and pans in the room were all warped and made cooking in the room difficult.
