Copper Point Resort

Staff was great, friendly and very helpful. Loved the pool and fitness room.

I needed a desk to do some work - none in the room or other areas. Would have liked one good reading light.

Looks nice from the outside! Rooms were okay. Staff were friendly at check in.

For the price, everything was not worth it. I stayed recently at a hotel in another Kootenay town that had much better amenities and included breakfast and was very very comfortable for less, with a king size bed, in a boutique, heritage hotel building. Here, the bed was damaged but comfortable, however the pillows were very high and uncomfortable. The air conditioning was so loud, we basically didn't sleep. The price for a tiny room with a double bed was astronomical. The coffee was terrible and we didn't have mugs in our room. The parking lots were completely full so we had to park far away up on the road and the rooms were not very soundproof for the hallways. You could hear people talking in the halls at regular level. I hope I remember not to stay here again!

Spacious. Welcoming. So clean and lavish.

The ONLY downside (because this place is amazing) was the lack of smart TVs in the rooms as the chrome cast provided would not work.
